Self care with singing bowls for mind, body and soul

18/04/2020 - 19/04/2020

Self care with singing bowls for mind, body and soul

We set great many goals for ourselves, but their implementation often proves to be difficult. Those goals might be:

  • to nourish your body, mind and soul, be free of physical problems and tormenting thoughts and to promote own health.
  • to achieve safety and clarity, to achieve tasks and goals safely.
  • and many others.

The Peter Hess sound elements with sound bowls, experienced and practiced in this workshop strongly support you in the realisation of your goals.

The exercises have proven their worth in practice and contain a wide range of self-application possibilities for everyday life.

Part 1: Effective self-application with sound bowls

A) Mental sound promotion

Sound space and sound meditation for the start of the day: look forward to the day, clarify the tasks of the day and tackle them safely.

Sound space and sound meditation for the end of day – review: What went well today, what did I learn, what will I do differently next time?

So sorted out, you can settle for a restful sleep.

B) Physical sound accompaniment

To perceive the body and itself, recognise what is good for me and how I can support myself with sound.

  • Clean and strengthen power lines (meridians)
  • Relaxing sound massage for hands, arms, knees and legs
  • Use of the sound bowls in case of circulatory disorders.
